About the Author:

Laurel Rosen-Weatherford just completed her seventh year as a school music therapist with the Monroe County Intermediate School District. She has presented various workshops on school music therapy both at the state and national level. Laurel is an adjunct professor at Lourdes University teaching Introduction to Music Therapy for non-music majors and has guest lectured at Western Michigan University, Eastern Michigan University, and the University of Michigan.
