Amy Rodger Smith is the Founder and Execute Director of “On a Better Note Music Therapy” in Morgantown, West Virginia. She has been a board certified music therapists since 2007, primarily working with persons across the lifespan who have intellectual, development, and neurologic disorders. Amy is currently the Mid-Atantic Region of the American Music Therapy Association’s Government Relations Chair-Elect, Chair of the Wets Virginia State Task Force, and an adjunct music therapy instructor at West Virginia University.
